One-on-One Run Coaching

For beginner to intermediate runners looking for training customized to your needs and goals, with ongoing support and communication.

In-person and remote options available.

    • Customized training log via Final Surge (includes ability to auto-upload data from GPS watch/third-party apps)

    • Weekly plan adjustments as needed

    • Weekly training log review and feedback

    • Unlimited email and text/voice message support throughout the week

    • In-person or online check-in session (40-55 min) once every 4 weeks

    • Additional pre-race strategy call in the week leading up to a race

    • Treadmill running gait assessment

    • Optional strength coaching (2-3 workouts programmed per week)

    • Option to schedule physical therapy sessions at a reduced fee (available only to coaching clients)

  • Without strength training: $165/4 weeks

    With strength training: $205/4 weeks

    No initiation fees, no minimum commitment

One-on-One Strength Training

For individuals looking to get stronger and build confidence with weight training, with ongoing support and communication.

In-person and remote options available.

    • Custom strength training plan and log delivered via spreadsheet

    • 2-4 strength workouts programmed per week

    • Weekly plan adjustments as needed

    • Weekly training log review and feedback

    • Unlimited email and text/voice message support throughout the week, including option to send video for form feedback

    • In-person or online check-in sessions (55 min) once every 4 weeks

    • Option to schedule physical therapy sessions at a reduced fee (available only to coaching clients)

  • $165/4 weeks

    No initiation fees, no minimum commitment

Custom Plans for DIY Training

Consult session + custom-tailored running or strength training plan; designed to complete on your own, without ongoing coaching.

    • 40-55 minute consult session, in-person or online

    • Customized training plan delivered via spreadsheet

    • Strength plans: 2-4 workouts/week, designed as a 4-6 week training block

    • Run plans: progressive, periodized plan with 3-6 runs/week, up to 12 weeks

    • Run plans include treadmill running gait assessment

    • No ongoing coaching support

  • $150-160 (includes consult + plan)

Running Gait Assessment

Single-session training consult + running gait assessment, ideal for runners with a previous injury history or returning after a break in training.

    • 40-55 minute single session

    • Treadmill video gait analysis, movement assessment, and training consultation

    • Summary of recommendations delivered via email

  • $120/session
