Physical Therapy Services

Initial Evaluation

Thorough, one-on-one assessment with an evidence-based approach. Your evaluation will be tailored to your individual needs, but typically involves discussion of your injury history and goals, movement assessment, treadmill walking/running gait analysis when relevant, and sport-specific strength and functional testing.

We’ll initiate a treatment plan that day, and you’ll come away from your evaluation with actionable next steps and an exercise plan delivered via email/spreadsheet.

  • 75 minutes, $175/session

(Eval fee is discounted if combined with follow-up sessions in a multi-session package)

Follow-up Sessions

The majority of Ascend patients are seen for an additional 1-4 sessions following the initial evaluation, typically spaced out over a period of weeks to months. Focus is placed on sustainable programming between sessions that you can perform on your own, progressing from injury rehab back to full performance.

  • 55 minutes, $150/session

    4-session package (initial + 3 follow-up sessions): $594

    8-session package (initial + 7 follow-up sessions): $1103

*Follow-up sessions may be used towards training/coaching services

Virtual Consultations

Have questions about an injury or training concern, but live outside of the area? Prefer the convenience of an online session? Virtual consults can be a great option.

If it’s not something I am able to work on with you virtually, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.

  • Virtual initial consult: 55 minutes, $150/session

    Virtual follow-up: 40 min, $120/session

Questions before getting started?

“Highly recommend Dr. Pajerowski. It's good to know a DPT you can trust if you have a problem, and this is where I would turn from now on.

Katie got me through a stubborn sesamoid injury that I couldn't figure out on my own. She studied everything going on in my foot - subtle movements I didn't even know were happening - and set me up with exercises I wouldn't have known to do. Each time we met, she remembered everything that was happening, looked for changes, and adjusted the plan so that I kept making steady progress.

It completely changed my confidence to start getting back to running and climbing and knowing I was doing it in a safe way with a plan.

Ascend is a small, well-equipped private clinic space. No fuss, no generic templates, no rushing you through; just focused attention from your DPT and a made-from-scratch plan for what YOU need. Thanks again, Katie. “

Ascend is a fee-for-service provider, meaning that I do not bill insurance directly. Should you wish to request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company, I will provide you with the documentation to do so and can assist you in navigating that process. You CAN use an HSA or FSA to cover the cost of your visits.

This model helps me to offer you the best care I can, and to avoid restrictions from insurance companies that affect the types of treatments you can receive, how many visits you can be seen for, and how much one-on-one time you have with your therapist. Fee-for-service PT means that your treatment can be dictated by your own goals and needs, not by your insurance company, and you’ll never get a surprise bill in the mail.
